Your Success Starts with a Fitness Consultation

At the core of the Pro Fitness Program™ are four 60-minute one-on-one consultations per year (every 90 days). These sessions create a roadmap for your progress and ensure you never plateau.

Your first consultation establishes your baseline. From there, we track your improvements and adjust your program as needed.

Your 60-Minute Consultation Includes:

  • In-depth health and history screening

  • Body composition analysis

  • Blood pressure & resting heart rate measurement

  • Flexibility and mobility assessment

  • Strength and muscular endurance testing

  • Personalized exercise prescription

1. Complete Your Digital Fitness Journal
After enrollment, you’ll receive a link to your online journal covering your history, goals, and lifestyle habits.

2. Comprehensive Assessment
Your Fitness Consultant reviews your information, performs your assessments, and identifies key areas of focus.

3. Personalized Blueprint
You leave with a structured plan tailored to your goals.

4. Quarterly Reassessments
Every 90 days, we reassess, measure progress, and refine your program to keep results moving forward.
