Meet Tammy Stanley,
Director of Personal Training
As an individual who struggled with weight as a young adult, Tammy had to find her own inner strength to reach her fitness goals. As a trainer and fitness instructor, she has been able to use her education and personal experiences to help clients physically and emotionally meet their fitness goals. Whether clients are new to exercising or interested in setting more advanced and challenging goals, Tammy prides herself in being by their side to support and guide them through their full journey. As an Army Veteran, she has also learned to include personal fitness challenges as part of her own training. Through the years, she has run half and full marathons, along with Spartan and Tough Mudder races. Her passion for others to reach their goals has given her the opportunity to assist many clients in adding challenges to their own personal list of accomplishments.
Tammy’s certifications include: Certified Fitness Trainer – International Sport Science Association, Youth Fitness Trainer – International Sport Science Association, Group Exercise Instructor – Athletic and Fitness Association of America, CPR, AED
Focus includes: Strength and Toning, Weight Loss/Weight Loss Management, Training for Beginners, Functional Fitness, Special Event Training
